• Currency: All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

jlgames reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete required KYC or AML verification.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers.
• Use of prohibited software or cheating methods.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion.

Upon account termination for cause, jlgames reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is not due to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
